How to Return

You have two ways to return or exchange your online purchase:

1. Print out the merchandise return request form. Mail the product back with the completed return form. Please include the invoice number. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase/invoice. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made.

2. Visit our Helly Hansen store in Bellevue, WA . Please bring your proof of purchase/invoice along with the items to be exchanged or returned.

Return Policy

Returns made within 90 days of purchase with receipt. Garments must be unworn with the tags attached. Please print out the merchandise return request form when making a return.

Any Item(s) returned without the promotional item(s) ie. (Gift with purchase) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
